What is the Below Tax Value Report?

The Below Tax Value Report provides a county-wide listing of homes for sale below their tax appraised value.

What Reports are Available?

Currently, 2 reports available, one for the Fort Worth area (Tarrant County), another report for Dallas and the surrounding area (Dallas County).  

What properties are listed in the report?

Asking price is compared to County Appraisal Records. Properties listed at 10% Or More Below Tax Value AND at least $10,000 Below Tax Value are included in this report.
 

How is the report delivered?

The report is delivered in a Spreadsheet format via an e-mail link.

How is the data sorted?

 The spreadsheet comes pre-sorted in 5 different Tabs; 

  • by Address.
  • by Asking Price - High to low.
  • by Asking Price - Low to high.
  • by Spread in Dollars.
  • by Spread Percent.
